My daughter & I did the North Wales tour with Pete 2.0 back in mid July. Oh my he was so knowledgeable and took every opportunity to point out places of interest as we went along the trip. We did a cruise shore excursion out of Greenock. Our guide/driver was Frank. We honestly can’t imagine a better tour. He took us to beautiful places some of which were pretty out of the way. He really has fun in his job and it’s infectious. We took some tours through our ship in other ports. They were at least twice as expensive as Busy Bus and nowhere near as good. I’m going to tell anyone I encounter who is vacationing in the UK to check out Busy Bus!

Wow, what a tour with BusyBus! Our ship docked in Liverpool and were met by Peter, our tour guide and Neil, our driver. We had selected the North Wales Snowdonia Wales tour. We certainly chose the right one. It was 9 hours of interesting sights, fascinating stories and laughter. The itinerary was great and Peter was hilarious. We weren’t bored for a moment. We saw it all. By the way…pay attention to everything you hear and you can win a great prize. I did!! I will treasure it forever! What fun it was!! Everyone on the tour said it was wonderful!! Dear All, on 24 May this year me and my 5 colleagues went on an excursion with the Busybus to North Wales. The trip was so amazing, that everyone has decided to continue travelling with this company again in the near future. The driver, Paul, has a great professional experience on how to entertain the passengers, he was very knowledgeable about the region, drove the bus very carefully in the rocky walley, and took care of us in all meanings. The countryside is gorgeous, we were lucky with the weather as well, and the program were very well designed regarding timing, distance, and places to visit. First of all, instead of 3 mini-buses, we discovered a normal 50-seated bus on April 29th at 8.30am : what a wonderful surprise ! It was very comfortable, the driver was very good and we enjoyed his careful driving across breathtaking landscapes. But the best surprise was that EXTRAORDINARY Franck as a guide !! A PERFECT guide, so dynamic and cheerful, with a sense of humour, an everlasting smile, helpful with elderly people, ready to give interesting comments, and able to read the longest word in Welsh and so patient to teach us how to pronounce it ! This man is really gifted and very professional ! I would like to thank Oliver – a trainee guide on our 2nd excursion, who gave us interesting details about Welsh history and who had prepared his comments very carefully. These two excursions were the highlight of our stay and we had time to visit the main points of interest I had mentioned. I was so satisfied that I sent a review to Tripadvisor last Monday. From the moment we contacted BusyBus (Fred) we were met with efficiency and pleasantness. Jim (our driver) didn’t flinch when he saw all our stuff to take us to Center Parcs Nottingham. We were a family of 9 (18mth old baby) even the baby seat was provided and bottled water. A very comfy and spacious bus. Our driver on the return journey (Frank) could not have been more helpful. Both pick-ups were precisely on time too. We can not rate BusyBus highly enough, especially after losing our £97 deposit with an alternative supplier due to a catalogue of errors. Not just for tourists…..I was recently lucky enough to join in on a BusyBus North Wales Adventure Tour. What a fabulous day out!! BusyBus is a Chester & Liverpool based company – started by Peter Rosenfeld. The company is run today by Pete, his lovely wife Vera and a group of competent and friendly driver/guides. They offer the Wales Adventure Tour from Chester and Liverpool, package trips to Alton Towers, 3 Peak Tours — and are available for private hire as well. Their web site has all the information you need to make a booking. Tickets for Wales are also on sale through the Chester Visitor Centre in town. We were picked up in a beautiful new mini bus just across from the Chester Railway Station– and whisked into the heart of Wales for a busy day of fun. First stop– Llandudno. We were driven up to the top of the Great Orme by our fun loving and informative guide Frank. The views were fabulous!! Our first coffee of the day was enjoyed walking along the beautiful Llandudno Pier—enjoying the morning sunshine. BusyBus emphasises having fun and a great day- and it was easy to tell that Frank loves his job. This was an upbeat and positive day! From there it was a short ride to Conwy. We toured the beautiful Conwy castle, walked along the harbour, took photos of the smallest house and toured the town. Frank was waiting for us and whisked us away to Snowdonia national park from there – with lots of interesting facts along the way…and great tunes… we ended up in a beautiful spot in the national park where we could enjoy the awesome views, waterfalls and could enjoy the fresh air and walks….As if that were not enough we continued on from there to the beautiful town ofBetws-y-Coed. Here we visited the village church, railway cafe and walked thru the town. A lovely atmosphere and we will be going back to enjoy the walks and maybe the 9 hole golf course ! Frank even took us by the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct on the way back to Chester. A full and amazing day. We loved it. I would highly recommend this tour for the WOW effect…We also enjoyed not having to drive ourselves- very relaxing. We got to see more in one day then we would have done on our own. A great day!!
