I came to Cheshire to visit where my Dad had been stationed in World War II, using BusyBus Private Hire. While not everything still existed, I did find my Dad – thanks to my brilliant guide Brian. We went behind the gates at Oulton Park, briefly looked inside the Little Budworth pub Dad frequented, toured inside St. Peter’s church, stepped inside an Alms House, even drove to Winsford to find the neighborhood of a British friend during the war. Brian & his lovely wife made me feel welcome, almost like a member of the family. The beautiful Cheshire countryside, Beeston Castle and Bunbury Locks were wonderful bonuses. I’ve been hearing about Little Budworth since I was a small girl & seeing it was absolutely the highlight of my holiday. Thank you Brian & Christine. Thank you BusyBus.
