We are very pleased to introduce the Chester Tourist Information Centre as one of our main ticket sales and collection point in Chester for the BUSYBUS North Wales sightseeing day tour. Below you will find some brief information about this wonderful facility but please contact them directly for further assistance on issues not directly related to a BUSYBUS tour.

BUSYBUS tours depart from the dedicated coach stop directly opposite the Chester Visitor Centre every day* at 9:00am. It is essential that you pre-book your seat as availability is very limited with standby space rarely, if ever, available.

BUSYBUS tickets are available from the Chester Tourist Information Centre at the Town Hall or from The Visitor Centre on Vicars Lane. Of course, tickets can also be booked directly on the BUSYBUS TICKET HOTLINE number or through the ONLINE BOOKING FACILITY on this website.

The Chester Tourist Information Centre is a wonderful resource for each and every visit you make to Chester. Whether it's your first time, you've a regular visitor or even a local resident, the Chester Tourist Information Centre is available to help you.

Right in the heart of the City, overlooking the wonderful Chester Cathedral, the Chester Tourist Information Centre is an outlet the whole family will enjoy. Facilities include the BUSYBUS tours ticket sales and collection point along with sales of all sorts of other tickets, hotel accommodation, novelty goods, maps, etc.

There are fully accessible toilets and baby change facilities nearby too along with a complete shopping centre right outside!

DIRECTIONS TO CHESTER

Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 20 to join the M56 motorway in direction: "Chester".

Leave the M56 motorway at Junction 15 to join the M53 motorway in direction: "North Wales".

Leave the M53 motorway at Junction 12 and take 3rd exit off the roundabout signposted: "Chester".

Follow the road directly into Chester.
