On June 9, 2013 my wife and I were on the Busy Bus Tour “North Wales Adventure from Liverpool” which we thoroughly enjoyed. During the trip there was a question from our guide, Peter, about where Welsh people established residence outside of Wales. I answered the question and during a bus stop I spoke with him and informed him I had a picture of myself holding the flags of Argentina and Wales outside of a tea house in Gaiman, Argentina. He asked for the picture which is attached – SEE PHOTO ALBUM – JUNE 9TH
Hi, Thanks for a great day, we were very impressed with the prices of both the tickets you provided and the bus, and also how friendly the driver was! Thanks again! Lizzie M. (Alton Towers Transfer – 24th June 2013)
BusyBus !!! The most brilliant tour in the UK 🙂 Thank you so much for the wonderful experience both in North Wales and the Lake District !! Both were two fabulous tours and I had a great great great time. The service was excellent !!! Very well organized tours, that include sightseeing and adventure with added flavour of the history, story telling and music of the visited places. I was privileged to have Peter on both tours ! You are brilliant with a great sense of humour !!!!!!!!! A big thank you for everything, including nice pictures in the photo album 😉
Hi. Just wanted to say a few words about our experience with Busy Bus….. firstly i’d like to thank YOU for putting up with me and my ‘million’ phone calls and messages…. being responsible for 11 children under 11 I had to be sure I had everything covered. Not only did you accept the fact I had a million questions on a daily basis, you assured me each time it was ok and I wasn’t bugging you, ha!! The bus itself …. the bus was great, comfortable and perfectly safe for our little minions. The Driver….. James was a pleasure to have on board. A little bit different than driving a group of hens….. our kids were more like screaming chickens, singing (loudly) laughing and having lots of fun. James joined in with their humour and laughed and smiled (even if secretly he was cringing inside) I apologised to him at the end of the day for having to put up with the kids and he kindly replied….” they are a great bunch of kids” so thank you James :- Alton Towers…… what a day, the kids had an amazing time and were so well behaved… can’t wait to do it again. They have talked about their day out non stop since going back to school. I’m planning to Teach your kids pool with one of these awesome tables another day before they leave school for the summer as they all leave for High School and will separate. If we end up with enough going to need a mini bus….. we will be sure to be calling on Busy Bus.. Thank you once again for everything, from start to finish it was a GREAT service. Karen 🙂
Hi. I wanted to follow-up and provide feedback on our BusyBus tour on May 20. First, we absolutely loved James, our tour guide. I was shocked to find out that he had been conducting this tour for only two weeks. James was such a pleasure to meet, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending the day exploring Wales with him. It was truly an adventure and James made the day super fun! I did complete a Trip Advisor Review and will post a similar review on Cruise Critic. We will be returning to Holyhead next year on Silver Explorer and hope to be able to book a BusyBus tour again. Next, I was so happy to find that the The Alpine Coffee Shop offers a great gluten free menu at this cute restaurant in Betws-y-Coed. If you have customers in the future inquiring about gluten free options, I would highly recommend The Alpine Coffee Shop. Thank you! Patti
Hi Busy bus. Thank you so much for giving us Frank. He was a delight and we all had fun. I hope he did as well. I’ll keep your information to be able to share with fellow travel professionals. Hope it will send some business your way.
Please give a BIG thank you to Frank for the wonderful tour. We toured North Wales on Monday May 19th but had limited Internet access after the tour and just returned home. We were the group with the exceptionally tall man, short wife, and 4 girls from Singapore. Please tell Peter we DID survive the lethal highway to Fort William. He asked us to let him know. And we LOVED our CD prize. It was a very pleasant surprise as we put it in to hear the “Longest name in Wales song again” (which is still stuck in our head thank you…lol) and heard all the extra songs. This greatly improved our road trip. We loved all the music. As a matter of fact, we had just toured Liverpool the day after and I kept singing Ferry Cross the Mercy to my husband so then ahah, it was the first track. Frank was an excellent tour guide and we had a thoroughly enjoyable tour.
